The Sumter County Health Department offers a variety of clinical services to help meet the needs of the community. Services we provide include:

Immunizations for adults and children
Family planning
HIV and AIDS drug assistance program,
PrEP, STI (sexually transmitted infections)
Tuberculosis testing/treatment of active cases and their close contacts
WIC

Most services are available on a sliding fee scale and are based on income and family size. Clients may choose to participate in the process to determine income eligibility or may pay full fee.
